ژنتیک مولکولی
جنبههایی از ژنتیک که به مولکولهای مسئول وراثت مربوط میشوند: DNA و RNA. این رشته برای مثال به توالی بازها روی مولکول DNA، همانندسازی DNA، رونویسی DNA به RNA و ترجمهٔ RNA به آمینواسیدها میپردازد.
