About This Project

This project is an effort to make scientific knowledge about evolution accessible to Persian-speaking audiences. There are few Persian resources that describe and explain the core ideas of evolution concisely and coherently. This motivated me to translate and publish a portion of the content from the Understanding Evolution website, which was created by The University of California Museum of Paleontology (UCMP).

The translation began in December 2015 and grew over time, and was finally published as a website in January 2020.

• This website is built with Pelican and Python.
